I am not receiving any e-mail from you
If you have registered you should have received an e-mail to confirm
this and you should receive an e-mail once your application has been
submitted. Check that the e-mail address you used to register is correct.
Some e-mail programmes identify the mail we send you as "spam", so make
sure you check your "junk" folder too. A copy of every e-mail we send you
is also available from the "My Messages" option when you log in as a
Returning User. If you have used the reply button to respond to an e-mail
that has been sent to you this won’t have reached the intended recipient
and you will not get a reply. You must reply using the e-mail address at
the bottom of the original e-mail.
